- Late check-out: departures after 11:00, surcharge of €20 (subject to availability and prior request)

**In-person check-in:** The staff will wait for up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required.

Lockers:

- Available for arriving early or storing belongings.

A discount voucher is offered upon booking.

Responsibility for belongings:

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for losses.

Loss of keys:

- Charge of €100 for each lost set of keys.

Departure time:

- Delays without prior notice incur a surcharge of €50 for each hour, charged through the booking platform.
