Arrival at the apartment is autonomous, although it can be in person - from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - (subject to availability) -.

A link will be sent to complete hotel registration (mandatory by law) , where ID or passport details of all guests must be entered.

The day before your arrival we will contact you to send you access for self-check-in or the time for your in-person check-in.

*If your arrival is after 9:00 p.m., a supplement of €30 will apply.

This supplement will cover the following: physical or telephone assistance if necessary, and coverage until the entrance of the accommodation.

In the case of arrivals after 9:00 p.m., arrival will always be autonomous, and we will send you instructions / leave the keys or entry cards in a locker.

If you cannot access by your own means, you will be sent instructions for using an alternative solution, in case you cannot access with the smart-lock.

-The Early Check - In and Late Check - Out service can be used, subject to availability and a supplement of €20 will be charged for them.

If this service is available, it will be co-signed 24 hours before entry/exit.

-All belongings or valuable objects must be stored and cared for by our guests.

Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings caused by neglect or mishandling.

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Lost keys:

- €100 charge for each lost set of keys.

Departure time:

- Delays without prior notice have a supplement of €50 for each hour, charged through the reservation platform.
