- Late check-out: departures after 11am, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request)

**In-person check-in: Staff wait up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if other assistance is required.

Lockers:

- Available for early arrival or storage of belongings.

A discount voucher is offered after booking.

Responsibility for belongings:

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss.

Loss of keys:

- €100 charge for each set of keys lost.

Check-out time:

- Late arrivals without prior notice have a €50 charge for each hour, charged through the booking platform.
