- Late arrivals without prior notice carry a €50 surcharge per hour, charged through the booking platform.

No Smoking:

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

A €100 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

Common areas, including the living-dining room, kitchen, and terrace, are shared.

It is essential that all guests respect the shared spaces.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.
