- Late check-out: departures after 11:00, supplement 20€ (subject to availability and upon request).
Face-to-face check-in: staff waits up to 30 minutes; after, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required.
Lockers:
- Available for early arrival or storage of belongings.
A discount voucher is offered after booking.
Responsibility for belongings:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for loss.
Loss of keys:
- Charge of 100€ for each set of keys lost.
Check-out time:
- Delays without prior notice have a supplement of 50€ for each hour, charged through the booking platform.
No smoking:
- No smoking in the apartment.
Penalty of 100€ in case of non-compliance.
