The hotel was located on the bus line with a stop right outside, making the city easy to reach and the last ride from Bilbao just after 10pm. The parking was free, secure, and allowed leaving the car before check-in time. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one gentleman checking in guests, storing items in their freezer, and recommending nearby food places. The room had a kettle with tea, coffee, cookies for snacks, and everything needed for comfort while the garden had stunning views across Bilbao. Breakfast was nice with variety and not too expensive.
