We found the host to be brilliant, and the hotel sits in a lovely residential area while still being close to all attractions. Josu was an excellent host and very helpful, and he allowed us to check in early. With our dog with us, having a terrace was fantastic, and it was lovely to relax there after a day exploring Bilbao. We would highly recommend it ?
