Supplements:

- Late check-in: Arrivals after 9:00 PM will incur a €30 supplement, regardless of whether they arrive in person or independently.

- Early check-in: Arrivals before 5:00 PM will incur a €20 supplement (subject to availability and upon request).

- Late check-out: Departures after 11:00 AM will incur a €20 supplement (subject to availability and upon request).

**In-person check-in: Staff will wait up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required.

Lockers:

- Available for early arrival or personal storage.

A discount voucher is available after booking.

Responsibility for Belongings:

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any losses.

Lost keys:

- A €100 charge for each lost set of keys.

Check-out time:

- Late arrivals without prior notice carry a €50 surcharge per hour, charged through the booking platform.

No smoking:

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

A €100 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
